Our newest, fully renovated studio apartment is located in Budapest’s inner district.
The Apartment:
The apartment is spacious with its size of 32m2, and has a great distribution. Entering the apartment you will find yourself in the hall. To the right, you can find the kitchen with new IKEA furniture and machinery, and a modern bar-table. If you then proceed forward, there is the new bathroom, luxuriously renovated. From the hall, if you head forward, there will be the toilet to the right, and the big room with a king-size bed and a flat-screen HD television.
The Bathroom:
The whole apartment was renovated in 2016, and the first thing we kept in mind was to make a luxurious bathroom and toilet. The two are separated completely for the maximum comfort, but made with matching modern tiling. The bathroom’s luxury look comes mainly from the glass-wall shower, the bright LED lights built into the ceiling, and the custom Italian tiling. There is also a sink with a big mirror cabinet to store all your cosmetic products and help you in your morning routine. You can also find a washing machine there, so that you won’t be needing a washing saloon even with a longer term stay.
The Kitchen:
The apartment has a completely new, modern, IKEA kitchen built in, with a fridge, hot-plate, grill microwave and plenty of space filled with cooking equipment. You can prepare all kinds of delicious meals here without any hassle If you are not a fan of cooking, you can also find great restaurants and cafés nearby.
The Conditions:
We are a small company and like to keep things personal with our clients, therefore we do not charge commission and we make things as simple as possible. In Budapest, commission on a one-room apartment rented by a commercial enterprise can easily cost you around 1000€, but we want our customers to feel comfortable and satisfied in their new homes without any stress or worry. That’s why we don’t charge you any extortionate commission fees.
With iApart, you not only get a well-furnished apartment with no commission fees, you also have the freedom and flexibility that comes with our studios in Munich! We won’t ask for Schufa or Income-Papers of yours, nor will we ask you to sign a two-year-contract.
Tenants will generally sign a 6 month contract with us, and the absolute minimum term is 3 months. If you would like to extend your stay there, please contact us and we will be happy to increase the term of your contract. We are very flexible and prompt in replying when it comes to your needs.
When moving in, you will sign an official renting-contract, with all of the conditions explained to you by one of our team member. The deposit will depend on the length of your stay, but will likely be the equivalent of 1-2 months rent.
